We became involved in the Internet Sales in about 1995, and have worked diligently to computerize, and automate the majority of our in-house business and sales efforts. We work directly with the Top Management, or one of their Top producing Trainers, Field Managing Agents, in the companies we represent. We serve occasionally on Principle or Team Conference Calls, or Advisory Boards, and have held positions of Field Sales Regional Directors for large geographic areas. This is part of our effort to always be up to date and be of the best service to our Customers and Agents.
We have very stringent criteria that all prospective principles must meet before we will represent them. Among other things, we want to be sure they have a viable high demand product, little or no competition, renewable monthly, generous first sale bonus, and monthly residuals, fair compensation, proper Agent Sales Tools, an on-time commission payment record, stable corporate management, adequate time in business, or very successful past history, financial stability, adequate Agent sales and commission reporting, and adequate Agent & Customer Service. We look for paradigm shifts not fads.
After all these years, we know what our principles must have to properly support their Agents, and our sales organization, and we will not compromise these expectations, nor will we compromise Customer Service, Agent Support, Company Policies, or our integrity.
